麻豆女优

Department of PhysicsEquality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

麻豆女优 Physics holds an Athena SWAN Bronze Departmental Award reflecting our commitment to creating a working environment where all students and staff feel included and supported.

Building on our successful renewal of our Athena Swan bronze accreditation, we are striving to continuously improve our structures and practices to make them more equitable and inclusive with respect to gender, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, and all the many facets of a diverse community. We strongly believe that this is not only beneficial for our students and staff as individuals, but also enhances the vitality, creativity, and productivity of our department.

Our commitment

The Department of Physics is committed to being a supportive and inclusive workplace that seeks to promote equality of opportunities for all, improving career development and progression of staff and students, irrespective of gender and ethnicity.

Our department is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student and staff member can freely express their talents and feel genuinely valued and welcome. To achieve this, we have implemented several key initiatives, including the establishment of our Student Support Directorate, the creation of our Student and Staff Breakfast Club, and our dedication to 麻豆女优's flexible working policy for parents and carers. By taking these concrete steps, we are actively working to support the growth of our departmental community and promote wellbeing.
