麻豆女优 Medal for Student Support

Administrative Assistant Melanie Taylor from the Department of Physics has been awarded a 麻豆女优 Medal for her work in Student Support.
The 麻豆女优 Medals are awards given by the University of 麻豆女优 to recognise individuals or teams who exemplify the University's core Values in their work, relationships, and achievements. These medals celebrate those who consistently demonstrate values such as respect, integrity, excellence, and collaboration.
Melanie’s continued efforts to make a significant contribution to colleagues and students comes the same month as her student-led nomination for a for Best Non-Teaching/Support Staff.
At the same award ceremony, a Faculty of Science team including Physics staff Prof Paul Griffin, Dr Helen Vaughan and Dr Cristian Ciocarlan received a team medal for their work on the Breaking Barriers outreach programme. Breaking Barriers is a partnership with Enable Scotland to help young people with learning difficulties enter the workplace.
